Program description

HHA Courier Services sends low-volume, service-related text messages to people who voluntarily opt in. Messages may include inquiry and quote acknowledgments, booking or scheduling information, delivery updates, missed-call follow-ups, customer-support replies, and driver-interest form confirmations.

Consent

By selecting an unchecked SMS consent box on an HHA Courier Services website form, you agree to receive service-related text messages at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Providing a phone number without selecting the SMS box does not enroll you in the SMS program.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies according to your inquiry, booking, application, or active delivery. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, email services@hhacourier.com, or call 678-470-2755.

Availability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and network availability.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, protected, and retained. Mobile information and SMS consent records are not shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the messaging program or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
